Our Pilsner honours the North German tradition — dry, bitter, and assertive. We source Bohemian floor-malted barley from a family maltster near Pilsen and combine it with noble hops from both the Hallertau and Saaz regions. The triple decoction mash takes a full day but creates unparalleled malt clarity.
