Store cold (2–6°C). Consume fresh — the yeast character evolves quickly. Best at 6–8°C, poured gently to preserve the natural haze. A Steinkrug keeps it cool longer.
About the Brewery▾
In Franconia, Kellerbier was never meant to leave the brewery. It was the brewer’s personal beer, drawn straight from the cellar tank for friends and regulars. Karl convinced the family to bottle theirs in 2020, and it immediately became a cult favourite among craft beer enthusiasts who appreciate raw, unprocessed flavour.
