Store upright at 6–10°C. Pour slowly into a wet Weizenglas, swirl the last centimetre in the bottle to release the yeast, then top off the glass. The cloudy finish is part of the experience.

Our Weissbier recipe dates back to 1923 when Karl’s great-grandfather secured a rare top-fermenting yeast strain from a monastery near Freising. That same strain, carefully maintained for over a century, gives our Weissbier its distinctive banana-clove balance that no industrial brewery can replicate.
