About the Brewery▾
The Dunkel was Munich’s original beer — long before Helles arrived in 1894. Our recipe uses four specialty malts: Munich, Carafa Special II, Vienna, and Pilsner, double-decocted in copper kettles for maximum malt depth. It’s a love letter to the dark lager tradition that built Bavaria’s brewing fame.
