Store cool and dark (6–10°C). Improves with age — cellaring for up to 12 months deepens the malt complexity. Serve at 10–12°C. Pairs superbly with aged cheese, roasted game, and dark chocolate.
About the Brewery▾
Bock beer was originally brewed by monks as ‘liquid bread’ for Lenten fasting. Our version stays true to that monastic heritage: intensely malty, deeply satisfying, and brewed with reverence. We release just 2,000 bottles per batch, making it our most sought-after limited edition.
